Product Selection - We work with you to design a custom benefits program to meet the needs of your employees health care concerns.
Enrollment - We coordinate all aspects of the enrollment, including integrating with your HR and Payroll departments, while providing extensive pre-enrollment education so that you are aware of the product features and benefits.
Customization - We prefer to enroll in one-on-one face-to-face meetings with employees as we find that to be the most effective way to professionally and capably answer their questions in the most efficient manner, while consulting your employees on the benefits what will best fit their situation.
Professionalism - We are mindful that employers need the least disruption possible in the workplace. Our model focuses on advanced planning, integration and communication so that our time spent on location is focused on effective interaction with employees.
On-Going Policyholder Service - We have a large service team that assists in filing claims and wellness benefits, as well as help with any administration or billing questions. Our service model ensures that we are the primary point of contact for everything. Our enrollment and service methodologies result in higher employee participation on a sustained basis.
We do have other scalable enrollment solution options including local and national call centers, pre-populated paper enrollments, and web co-browsing. We have the local capacity to enroll cases of up to 2,500 lives quite easily. For very large cases (>2,500 lives), we can add immediate capacity very quickly by pulling in a national enrollment team to partner with us. We manage that process so that it is seamless and transparent to the employer. If we choose to bring in additional enrollment capacity, all service functions continue to be performed locally.
