Online Enrollment
To access the online enrollment portal, you will need the following
- Your Company's group UserName
- Your Company's Group Password

Follow these steps:
- Your Company's group UserName
- Your Company's Group Password
Online Enrollment Platform Access
Follow these steps:
- Enter the Username and Password provided for your company and click Log In
- Complete the Registration form and click ADD
- Click Apply for Benefits
- Complete ALL fields on My Information and click Continue
- Complete ALL required fields on Employment and click Continue
- Enroll in the coverage that you would like to participate in
- Review the information and electronically sign your name and click I Agree
- You can now review your selection or click Back to Main Menu
- Click Log Out to end your session.
